I'd cut summon art and shadow spell for fire formation-Tenken. It'll give you a fast way to protect and skill drain your barbaros, and give your barbaros an incremental boost. Since you're using Skill Drain, best to get rid of your crane and summoner monk and obelisk, replace them with 2 doomcaliber and 2 Fusilier Dragon, the Dual Mode Beast. I also feel you should main a starlight road, to summon your stardust dragon with. You only really need 1.
For your extra deck, I'd cut armory arm, and reduce stardust dragon to 1. In addition, Roach isn't needed and actually slows the deck down, and thunder spark costs too much to summon. I'd replace them with the following to fill out your extra deck with proper toolbox monsters: Maestroke the Symphony
Djinn, Diamond Dire Wolf, Abyss Dweller, Photon Papilloperative, Blackship of Corn, Huge Rock Palm Giant Hand, Gagaga Cowboy, Starliege Paladynamo, and Gravity Warrior (Interplanetarypurplythorny Dragon+White Stone of Legend) for a total of 15.
As for the side deck, I think you should cut maxx "c", ancient rules, lightning vortex, 2 starlight road, and 3 shadow-imprisoning mirror, to replace with 2 effect veiler, 2 breakthrough skill, 2 soul drain, 2 eradicator epidemic virus, 2 deck devastation virus, 2 bottomless trap hole.

Get some practice in with the deck, and decide if you like the Fusilier Dragon, I prefer his ability to use the Virus cards (even without skill drain, you just set him face down and use any virus on him) If it doesn't appeal to you, you can drop one in favor of a 3rd Barbaros, but 2 is fine, considering how many other answers to life's problems this deck is running.
