PLEASE FOLLOW THE RULES OF THE TOURNAMENT WHEN YOU ARE MAKING YOUR DECK, MAKE SURE THEY ABIDE TO THEM AS YOU WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNLESS THEY DO SO

WITH REGRET I HAVE DECIDED TO POSTPONE THE DUELIST KINGDOM UNTIL A LATER DATE, THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH PEOPLE SIGNED UP IN ORDER TO GO AHEAD WITH IT AT THIS STAGE

Welcome to Duelist Kingdom!

The winner of this tournament will be named the King (or Queen) Of Games!

RULES:
This will be a 16 or 32 person tournament.
All duels will be a match (best 2/3) hosted on YGOPRO Percy
You will be decklocked to ONE deck for the whole of the tournament
All Decks must be TCG legal.
No burn cards allowed. (if you are unsure what classes as a burn card, follow this link - http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Burn_Deck)
No synchro/ XYZ allowed.
Fusion and Ritual Monsters are NOT able to attack during the turn they are summoned.

PRIZES:
First Place - 500DP
Second Place - 250DP
Third Place - 50DP

THE TOURNAMENT HAS 2 STAGES:

The preliminary stage:
In this stage each participant will begin with 3 star chips. Duelists will wager star chips before each duel. Each duel will be done in matches (best 2 out of 3). If you run out of star chips you are eliminated from the tournament. There will be a track of star chips on the tournament page. You can duel ANY participant ANY amount of times. The first 8 duelists to get 10 star chips make it past the preliminary stage!

The secondary stage:
This stage will have brackets and arranged opponents. It is single elimination so once you lose you are out. Each duel will be done in matches (best 2 out of 3).

LOL, you're naming this "Duelist Kingdom" and there is not like Duelist Kingdom.
FOr the first time, Duelist Kingdom is not a tournament.
For the second time, Duelist Kingdom have Duel Monsters Basic Rules + some rules added by Pegasus.
You used the name "Duelist Kingdom" for nothing.
