Construction comments:
Never really seen much of this deck around after the banlists hit it a couple of years ago, nice to see a different deck for once. I would focus more on teching in cards for this deck and perhaps using less of the Reptillianne archetype. Cards like Allure of Darkness and Dark Armed Dragon would make good additions to this deck. Focus on the good Reptillianne archetypes, Naga seemed like a good card, along with Viber. Soul Exchange should definately be run at 3 as you need 2 tributes for your boss Vaskii. Look to add cards which would stop your monsters being destroyed such as Safe Zone and also recycling cards (with cards such as Call of the Haunted). Cards like Offerings to the Snake Deity and Recurring Nightmare seemed good and to compliment the deck. This deck needs more cards to go on the offensive.
Match Breakdown
Game 1:
I try to use Super Transformation but your respond with Deity, however I manage to keep hanzo face up with forbidden lance and attack with Utopia and Hanzo for damage. You punish me with dark hole but never really go on offensive leaving me to reclaim field advantage with Blade Armor Ninja next turn. Tragoedia stalls for you but you are unable to recover and I take Game 1
Game 2:
you start with 2 set row and Scylla (anxious face) - but I top an MST although I take 1800 from your first attack I respond with a tragoedia. You compulsory it next time leaving me to fend for myself. Summoning Upstart I manage to get Hanzo to field, but you respond with Diety (hate on that card!) and all i can do is set. You set too much and should make more use of the situation I thought. I bring out Simorgh which locks your sets and all you can do is stall with Naga. However next turn I summon Blackship of Corn to get rid of your Naga. You really didn't have the hand to cope with Blackship of corn and Simorgh on the field. I take Game 2

Construction Comments:
Slightly better construction I thought than your Reptillianne I thought. Nice to see extra deck full of different things to go for with the cybers. I would say to keep the cyber engine but change the deck around this until you find the right recipe. It may be hard to run a deck under 2013 banlist because of no Future Fusion and also no Miracle Ffusion in the dorm tests. There is no correct recipe. However I think you should perhaps turn it into a Chaos Cyber deck, using a Lightsworn engine to mill those Cyber Dragons to grave and cards such as Overload Fusion, Return From a Different Dimension and Chaos Sorcerer too. I have seen these run before with some varying degrees of success, at the moment the deck is too broad, it needs to focus more on individual strategies.
Game Breakdown:
Unfortunately for you I open well, and though you set against my summons I am able to respond with ease with Forbidden Lance. The game is an uphill struggle for you from the start, with not too great an opening hand. Unfortunately you never really get going, though there are some back and forth passes and you do deal a little bit of damage to me the game was in my control from the start. Although you stall with zenmaines (I missplayed BTH) I get over it next turn with Compulsory and claim victory. Not much you could have done with the hand you had.
Different Deck: 3/3
Attitude: 2/2
GRAND TOTAL: 53/100
Other comments: Work on only using some of the archetypes, the best decks have a mixture and tech in other cards, using different engines and tactics, I am sure you can adopt this methodolgy in order to build up your decks up.
You will be joining Slifer Dorm - good luck on your retest should you choose to take one!
